Petaluma Supply Co. is an online retail shop. We're based in Petaluma, California, 45 minutes north of San Francisco in Sonoma County, where old farming community traditions and the rustic wine country intersect with creative fashion forward transplants from the greater bay area. The lifestyle we promote caters to just that demographic. Petaluma Supply Co. carries new products and one-of-a-kind vintage pieces for the modern gentleman. Setting the tone for this life stye, we've sourced vintage items and antiques from old warehouses, barns, farms, and everywhere in between. We've searched high and low to bring you the best of today's haberdasheries.

Shipping: All of our items are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. We cannot control transit time for any packages once shipped and each package will vary based upon destination (especially during peak seasons). Once an item is given to (USPS or UPS) the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier and Petaluma Supply Co. is no longer liable. If an item does not reach its destination we will provide proof of shipment to the buyer and do our best to help resolve the situation. 

International Shipping: International customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs or duty fees are not included in the item price or in the shipping price. We are a business and are unable to mark items as "gifts". 

Returns & Exchanges: Petaluma Supply Co. accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise within fourteen (14) days of original purchase. 

If you would like to exchange or return an item, send the original item back to us and upon receipt of shipment we will confirm the exchange or return by email. All original tags must be attached, unaltered, and items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. Upon approval we will refund you the purchase price excluding any and all shipping costs. 

Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and any postage labels. 

The easiest way to ship back any returns or exchanges is to use the original box you received the item in, if the box is undamaged. If the box is damaged, replace it and add additional packaging. All returned items are the customers responsibility. We are not responsible for any returns lost by any Postal Service. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insuring the item for the full amount so you can ensure your package makes it to us safely. 

For exchanges you can place a new order for the item you want once your return has been completed.
